Capital Projects

The Department of Capital Projects supports the À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ System campuses and institutions with the administration of the university’s capital improvement programs and Real Property and Space Administration.

Our Offices

  • The Office of Budget and Planning coordinates budgeting and financial management for all capital projects and reviews all contracts and transactions.

  • The Office of  Design and Construction administers design and construction of all facilities and capital improvement projects.

  • The Office of Real Property and Space Administration coordinates all real property transactions, including gift, acquisitions, disposals, easements and agreements.
