Next Opportunity to Appear Before the À¶Ý®ÊÓƵ Board 

The next opportunity to address the Board of Trustees will be in connection with the upcoming regularly scheduled meeting of the Board.

The agenda for committee and Board meetings will be published on the Board website approximately one week prior to the meeting. 

Guidelines for Appearing Before the Board 

The Board’s Standing Rule Governing Requests to Address the Board of Trustees (Chapter 1720-01-16) describes the procedures, permissible topics, and other terms and conditions for addressing the Board.  

The Board will not hear speakers on grievances or appeals specific to individual students or employees or on pending or threatened litigation involving the University or University officials.   

All individuals wishing to speak must pre-register by completing a request form. After the preregistration deadline has passed, the Board of Trustees Office will notify registrants whether they have been scheduled to speak and, if so, the specific time and location at which they will speak.  Scheduled speakers must be physically present to address the Board. Scheduled speakers who are unable to attend the meeting may not send a substitute. A waiting list is not kept from meeting to meeting.
